No Modesty Mother’s Day Preparation

In preparation for Mother’s Day, I am making a list of why I am a great mother. This is no time for modesty folks! Let’s shed our guilt about not being the ‘perfect’ mom (whatever the hell that is) and wallow in some well deserved, self-congratulatory pride.

Since we are probably not used to reveling in our greatness, this may take some careful thought and planning. What will you put on your list?

About dirtyrottenparenting

I'm a parent of two lovely (most of the time) children. I work full time out of the home and I don't cook well, bake, sew, or do crafty things. I keep my high heels and jewelry at my office because there's no point in having them at home. I love Mondays because I can return to the world of adults, go to the bathroom alone and have nearly uninterrupted conversations with others.
