Not Happy: Monday Quotes #17

We’re not happy until you’re not happy. Anonymous

I have a problem. I’ve tried to stop but sometimes I just can’t help it. It’s like there is a physical force compelling me to read the comments people make to online news stories. I know better than to do it. Every time I do, my faith in the intelligence of humanity is taken down yet another notch.

Yet when I read this quote, in reference to service provided by a major national airline, I laughed out loud. Some days it is worth reading the news comments.

About dirtyrottenparenting

I'm a parent of two lovely (most of the time) children. I work full time out of the home and I don't cook well, bake, sew, or do crafty things. I keep my high heels and jewelry at my office because there's no point in having them at home. I love Mondays because I can return to the world of adults, go to the bathroom alone and have nearly uninterrupted conversations with others.

I so deeply and truly feel your pain. It’s like anyone who’s ever been a member of the KKK or some dirt kicking survivalist center that can get their paws on a device feels COMPELLED to be, well, expressive, shall we say??

  2. I’m so with you! I usually get so fired up that I’m ready to throw down, but I just can’t stop!!!!!! Really makes you wonder if those people realize how absolutely moronic they are. (I secretly hope that DON’T so the fun continues…)

You are not alone! I know I’ll either get sick or frustrated, but I just cannot look away!

You REALLY want to lose faith in humanity? Read the comments on any YouTube video. I’m not even convinced that those bottom-feeders really are human.
